Fees and Related Information

Explanations: ​

​​

  • All fees are in Thai baht.

  • The admission fees are one-time/non-refundable. The fees above are the current promotion (reviewed monthly). 

  • General Fee:

    • Junior School covers Food, Learning Resources, Accident Insurance, Field Trips & Special Events/Activities.

    • Senior School covers Learning Resources (consumables other than books/online subscriptions), Accident  Insurance, Field Trips & Special Events/Activities & standardised assessments such as ‘CAT4’ and ‘GL’.

  • Resource Fees – There is no charge for students in Years 11 and 13 unless they change subjects

  • In the event that a Year Group is already full, parents may add their child to a ‘wait pool’. Unlike a waitlist, wait pools do not operate on a first-come, first served basis.

Other Fee Related Information: 

​

1. A student’s place, or any promotion offered, is not guaranteed until a 20,000 baht non-refundable deposit has been paid (*50,000 baht deposit is required for visa support).

​

3. Payment Options for Tuition Fees:

​

  • Please see the 'Payment Options' page on our website.

  • Late Payment Fee: A late payment fee of 100 baht/day/student will be charged for all overdue payments.

4.  Payment of General Fees & Resources Fees: 

​

  • The timing of payment depends on the payment option chosen by parents. 

 

5. Additional Fees: Tuition Fees do not include the following:

 

  • School Van Service

  • Uniforms

  • External Examinations 

  • Overnight Camps

  • Costumes for performances

  • ECAs

  • Inter-school competition fees

  • Summer Activity Programmes

6. Refund Policy: 

​

  • Money paid to the school for deposits, admission fees, tuition fees, uniforms, books/learning resources is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • Money paid to the school for vans and food will be credited during periods of extended closure only if mandated by government legislation.

  • In the event that the school is forced to close, or cancel activities, due to adverse circumstances that the school could not reasonably be expected to predict or control, fees will not be refunded.
